Complaining in a Starbucks

October 28, 2008

There is something repulsive about complainers.  If you are a complainer feel free to be offended, because I am calling you repulsive.  I was sitting in a Starbucks yesterday and the woman next to me spent about 45 minutes complaining to her friend on the phone,  she was still whining into her phone when I left so I don’t really know how long this complaining actually lasted.  I wish I could have moved into the seat across from this woman and kindly explained, “Stranger, you will never be happy if you continue to live your life this way.  You’ve made the last 45 minutes of my life miserable from just listening to you.  But I’m going to work now, good evening”.  That would have been fun, and would have made a way better blog had it actually happened.
